Didn't really wanna post this here, as I like/liked the site and I've been told the WM is sound.

BUT

What is happening?

A couple of weeks ago (about 2 - 3 days before the site disappeared) I paid out $19.99 for a Gold membership with the site.

As I said, 3 days later the site had disappeared

I did get his email addy from this forum and sent him a email querying where the site had gone, he did reply to me and said he had trouble with his server hosts.

Since then, I have mailed him again to ask of any further news, as of yet I have not received a reply

So whats happened?

Will this WM give me my $19.99 back if he fails to get a new host? Is he honestly having troubles? Or merely ripping us off?

Anyone have any further news on the site?

did you pay by paypal and can you reverse it? i am thinking of doing this with a certain program that i upgraded to gold in and have been transferring their database for the past month!!

I have found another email address for Antonio( the WM that owns advertgold). Havent heard anything yet too

I'm totally pi$$ed off with this, seeing as though I must have got about TWO days out of my premium membership and I'm going to mail the WM and demand my money back, totally not on this, I'm sick of these thieving WM's, that take your money and run, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

This is a strange case
When the program was running, just some days ago they
were making improvements such allowing the members to
change their email and passw from the web.
You are not making this kind of work if you're planning
to close the business.
I don't know what to mean. Just it's strange.

Getting rather pi$$ed off with this and surely looks like I've lost my $20

not sure about the progress of the site, but i think they made all those changes to trick people into thinking they were going to stay up longer and then just dissappear... what a jerk!!!

Hi. Just tried to email him with his regular email addy (advertgold@yahoo.com). I believe he split (was undeliverable). Said no such email address. I think we all got screwed. I was a premium member too.

I never buy a premium membership for this very reason. Wise thing to do is wait until you have enough in your account to cover the cost. Then ...and only then....pay for an upgrade. You'll never feel the money leaving if they fold up shop!!
