I have been admining for Cashed clicks for a few weeks now while He conceentrates on the scripts upgrades. We suspected a member of cheating and suspened him he immediatly began demanding payment and his emails contaning much abuse and explitive deleteds

Last night the new admin panel with advanced search capabiites was installed. after checking by ip addies and email address and user names and personal info. It was confirmed and he was deleted

There are many more it will probably take me several days to delete all the multiple accounts ( they dont evenuse different email addresses or different names many times)

so I expect some complaints but i will not delete unless sure

Just remember one thing, check to make sure that the IP in use is NOT a proxy IP for their ISP.

PS: if this guy emailed you, his true IP will be within the headers, just a matter of running it through spamcop or something like that. IT will also tell you if hte IP is an open proxy or such...

Yeah, since most GPT sites have it that you can only sign up from one ISP per person per household. Then those sort that have signed up after the first I would personally delete since they broke the Terms. If they use two different ISP's and live at the same address the signup IP will show that, it's a matter of using everything available to do so.

www.apnic.net - Asia Pacific region IP's
www.arin.net - North America IP's
www.ripe.net - Europe IP's (I think also middle east)

each of these sites above have a place you can whois an IP, it will tell you then and there if it belongs elsewhere or not. Just a matter of finding the right database to look at for the IP's
