Yeah, you can't just make a claim like that (one which IMHO is ridiculous) and then just say "Enough said"! 
Please explain.......I have been a member for several months and have always been paid! opt-in-pays IS NOT A SCAM!
Maybe Gilby will see this....and.....find this person and rough him up a little!

Well I've been a member for almost a year and I have received all my payments with optinpays so I don't know what you are talking about... Before you came here and posted did u even bother to try to contact the webmaster? You really should at least try to contact the webmaster and give the webmaster time to respond before calling a program a scam... Just a thought

Need to back up your claims buddy. Also you need to give the webmaster a chance to explain himself before calling scam. I only think of scam when I realise that I am right and that others have been victimised like me..

it was two a minute ago. One for me and ma brother, but thats technically the same as having two accounts isn't it :/ Last time I advertise on the Gilby network.

yeah, it is.. especially if it's on the same computer. how is anyone supposed to really know that it's 2 different people clicking the links and not the same person? if you would have read the rules BEFORE you signed up, you wouldn't have had any problems..
this programs is FAR from a scam. it's one of the most fair programs i've ever seen.. it was you that wasn't being fair..
always remember, READ THE RULES!! it'll stop a lot of argurments..
