I noticed a problem on one of the programs that I was listed in. I emailed the webmaster and carefully described the problem. As it was all the logos and pictures of the site were offline and appearing blank.
I mentioned this to the webmaster . Here is a copy of my reply below.
I do wish that the webmasters will learn to recognise those that really want to bring them money by being in the program. cause remember it is the users that make the money for the webmasters.
My letter:
" Are you aware that all the logos on your site are offline. Just wanted you to know."
The reply I got:
"All of the logos ARE online and working fine. I did not design the site
tomake anyone happy other than myself. If you do not like the site feel
free to unsubscribe. Have a good day.
Thank You,"

mail just received from the webmaster
I am very sorry that I was rude. That is usually not be. I do
appreciate you
letting me know and now that I reread your email I realize I
misunderstood
what you were saying. I have spent hours dealing with a rude member
today
and took it out on your email. Again PLEASE except my apology for my
rudeness. I am truly sorry.
Thank You,

I agree, that was highly uncalled for! Can you say PMS??
I'm glad he wrote back and apologized to you, however without your kind explanation, he would not have.
We all deal with some rude members from time to time, but you have to step back a minute before responding to someone else who is not being rude and was simply trying to help! We should never take our frustration out on another member!

I was very wrong in my reply to this person and here I publicly appologize for my rudeness. Has I stated to this person I was very WRONG in sending her this email back. I misread her email and acted before I thought. I am truly sorry for my actions.

We must of posted at the same time.
Yet one more example of a webmaster owning up and making things right.

Yes, I think something like this actually
improves my opinion of a webmaster. It is hard to admit that you screwed up, and it takes character.
Well done Cathy!

Thumbs up to this webmaster/ webmistress.
I was kinda taken aback by the first response.
I understand now that it was misinterpretation of my first mail to the webmaster.
Apology accepted and I applaud you for being humble about it.
It is one thing to make a mistake but another to admit that you have made a mistake.
Good work and again thumbs up to the webmaster of MR EMAILS.

if i recall correctly i believe this webmaster is having a bad personal crisis. i remember getting an email awhile back saying that someone got hurt or was ill. that this person was trying to fill in while the regular webmaster was not available? i'm pretty sure i remember this but may be wrong.

Her father is in the hospital dying from cancer.
And she is beating herself up for being rude to a member who didn't deserve it. Please understand her circumstances; she was not herself this morning.
Yes, I know I made a derogatory remark in this thread earlier, but that was before I knew it was her. I was shocked to find out it was her, because that is SO unlike her.
But everyone is entitled to a mistake. Please be kind to her.

I agree with the post of obnoxious webmasters, and the way they treat their members.....I had to quit 2 programs because of some real hateful and cold responses to my emails........All I was trying to do was to give my input on a comment that was made on one of the emails.......All I have to say, is that anyone out there dealing with " Cash Club " , I hope you are treated better than I was.......The guy that runs this program is a complete jerk as far as I'm concerned........The other was " Cash Royal ".......They play around with your money in the weirdest ways that I have seen..........They send emails calling you cheaters and trick you into clicking on links that take earnings away from the little bit that you've made.......You know what the worst part of all this was that I wasted my time with these programs for over 6 months and got nowhere......

here we go again !
i NEVER called everyone 'cheaters', i said some people are breaking our terms
no one was tricked into clicking that link - if they had read the email they wouldn't have clicked it in the first place
gud to see other webmasters/mistresses following suit with 'test' links
