Ive got her emails too. 2 or 3, I dont remember. Ive forwarded one to Spamcop and replied to her about my "membership" on your site. No answer from her.

My name is Angela, I am the webmistress of ScarlettMails, and before this, I
was helping Tanya Hiltz owner of Cherokeeptr, Matoakaptr,
profitchargermails, penguinpassion, mystic-ice-mails, dragonsrage4cash and
it appears 3 other sites also that I was unaware of. I believed that I would
only be able to send the admin mail to the first 6 sites mentioned. Those
were members that I had been dealing with for quite a few months, and I
wanted to be able to let them know what was going on with Tanya's sites, and
to invite them to stay with me if they so chose to. If I had known that
Tanya had bought the other 3 sites, I would have been more specific when I
asked the host to move her members to me. He also did not know that I was
unaware of the other sites. It was a huge misunderstanding, and I would
never spam anyone. I believed I was in good standings with all of Tanya's
members, and I felt they would all understand what I was trying to do. I am
truly sorry if I overstepped any boundaries in the PTR world. I was just a
clicker like all of you before I started helping Tanya a few months ago, and
I am still learning all of the rules.

Moderators: sorry if I posted personal info but its just a copy of her spams.
I do not beleive any word from hers, the less I can think she has stolen a database from some site.
I am/was member at profitchargeemail, but what she explains in her email is more than ridiculous.
Ive explained the best that I can. I was trying to just be able to get an email out to all of Tanyas members that I had had contact with for quite some time, however it appears that Tanya had more sites than I was aware of, and you may have been a member of one of those sites, so I got your info by mistake. That is why I sent the apology mail, and that is why I am asking for anyone who does not wish to be a member of scarlettmails to please let me know and I will delete then right away.
