I'd like to start my own click exchange with a few my websites in which I'll have Google AdSense.
I won't ask anyone to click on the ads, only to visit the website.
Would it be possible?

Google Ad-sense are on the Exclusions List in The Click Exchange Rules. Even though you will not be asking for a click on the Google Ads, it is still not allowed.
