I'd like to sell a WePaid account with 1.77$ credit (4.00 payout)
11 referrals at the price of 0.30$ because I'm tired of GPTR programs.

Is it possible here or which is the best way?

you would be better off asking the webmaster ... some agree it is ok and some it is against their Terms.
