Please explain how these new bubble programs work.

I understand them to be a lot like the ASAP programs...but maybe I am wrong.

Yep, it is. But its not guranteed when you will be paid.

the way they work is quite simple

you pay the money
and you appear in the bottom of the list

when there is enought money acumulated they pay the first one in the list
(remember you get payed more than you payed)
then he is deleted from the list

so you have to wait til all the people after you is payed
and then you'll get payed too

(summary: to get paid you need that people who goes after you pay at least enought money to pay all the people before you and you)
