Well I tried to hook up to dial up wit hfree netzero on it and maybe something wrong wit hthe modem card but it told me I had to have some adapter in the networking thingy but I didn't have the disk so I cancelled it now i get this long speal telling my that setupx doesn't have all the components in system INI so something was put there but not everything. having problem connecting to the wireless router I have wit hpc card. I bouught one on ebay said it was a 32 bit and mine only accepts 16 bit so just bought one on a Amazon.com gift certificate says windows 95 98 on the OS requirements and only 66 MHZ processor to use it. My computer I bought was a compaq LTE 5250 from ebay works good but can't hook it to the internet.

I brought my laptop also off of ebay and i don't have a problem i got all the disks with the computer and the book to go with it..
Maybe the file for the modem is corrupted, maybe get a new modem?
