PenniesByEmail and KeyEmails are also very, very good, whether or not you have downlines in them.

sorry, but in my opinion, just my opinion, you can't make much in PenniesByEmail IF you do not have any downlines. you'd be making alot with downlines in PBE, though.

okay, again, from what i think, mikespaid4email is good (earn from 20-70 cents a day), although you need a long time to get it's payout (you can make.. approx $10-$15 in a month), because of it's $150 payout
but if you take the time and advertise, get many referrals, you'd be making loads of cash quickly

then again, no one can define "best" =)

1) No cash link is ever less than 1 cent.

2) ACTIVE members get paid at $3 (Several times a month, I go through my memberbase, and give early payouts to active members who have reached $3)

3) I give free referrals to ACTIVE members who don't have any.

It doesn't take long for my members to reach payout if they try.

venus if you look at the top of your screen you'll see a search button...go there and type in freeandeasy or penniesbyemail, etc. and make sure it says that you're searching in the "downlinebuilder" ...then just sign up under the last person who joined. that way the next person who signs up will be your referral...and so on.

Most cashout on thier own earnings in 3 months on pennies, very few other sites i know of can say that, however, as you say each has their own idea of the best. this may a case of VERY high payout sites vrs lower payout again,
My problem with the high payout sites is not that they do not pay, but that for the majority of the members that payment is not simply not attainable within the members lifetime. For our sites I prefer to pay all that put in some effort, not just a few. That and on many the advertising costs do not add up. When they are paying their members more than they are getting paid for advertising you can bet many members are not getting paid.
Which of course drives the price of advertising down, which then harms the industry as a whole. When the cost, the worth of advertising is driven down, so is the worth of the paid links, at least in those programs who do have to pay the majority and not a minority of the memberbase.
