Have you contacted them? I got my Kmart gift card.

I am a member of that *** program, once they had pools on theyr main page, and I did all of them. But I am form outside USA, so I needed a lot of points to have a gift delivered. I never had a single pool in my mailbox. I wrote them several times about that, because they changed the site monthes ago, and now you cannot do pools on the site, only those that are sent to you.

So now I'm stuck on the missing of a couple undred points, cant ask for a gift even if I have enough for them (but not enogh for the deliverance) and they simply dont answer me.

I've gotten a Target gift card at least five times from them!

I've received my rewards from epoll twice already and I really haven't been a member for that long.
I like this site.

I wrote several times since August when I redeemed for a Target card. I got one semi-nice response the first time and the 2nd time I wrote, I got an ugly one telling me to just wait, I wasn't the only one. I'm STILL waiting. I had redeemed at MyPoints at the exact same time and got the Penney's gift card in under a month!

Epoll has changed a lot, and I'm thinking not for the good. I don't mind waiting some weeks but come on folks August til February???? Yeahright.

I got my first dredemtion for a movie but than when they started changing the site I redeemed for a gift card that never came. It has been about 7 months and nothing.

I redeemed for a cd about 5 months ago, wrote them about it and they said it would be another 10-12 weeks. I unsubbed cause I haven't gotten a survey from them in a really long time.

i have written them SEVERAL times and keep gettin the same response of 10 to 12 weeks , so finally i told them this time that if i ran my firwe dept the way they do business that we would be in jail!!

I also get the 10-12 weeks response. Kinda makes me think they don't read the emails. Seems like the rewards addy is an auto-responder.

YES! I TOTALLY AGREE! I JUST SENT THEM TO BBB.... SEE HOW THEY RESPOND. I WILL POST THE RESPONSE ONCE I GET IT.

i did get my toyrus gift cert. from them but i am disappointed with no polls to do.

I never got my gift card that I redeemed for last summer No response to my emails....but they keep wanting me to do their special surveys

It took me almost a year, and 4 emails, but I finally got my Target gift card. They responded to each and every email too, but I only got the card after I sent the last email, in which I said that if I didn't get my card, I was going to tell all my members of my website that I never got my card.
