I'm looking for an ASP script that will allow a merchant to pay to paypal to pay for advertising. Found a similar one on Superfreaker.com I liked, but it's text only.

I am looking for (in this thread) to allow potential merchants to post their ads (with banners) into a merchant advertising section of my site. They would be required to pay via paypal before their banner went into rotation. (But what I read about paypal and allowing people to "take back" their payments freaks me out). Would also need to be done in ASP for compatibility to my site.
They would pay for how many impressions/clicks then the ad would expire once limit is reached.
