I recommend you:
He-saysShe-says: it has 7 good referral levels and a $8.50 payout.
AdPaid: it has 5 good referral levels and $5 payout.
They send lots of e-mails daily and pays fast!
Why do you only want programs with 5-10$ payout?. In LookABC, GainMail and GainAgain you can easily reach the 2$/3$ payout on 10/20 days

I took of Wolf-Emails because it has points. But it's also a very good program

You can check the praises and aplauses folder. There are a lot of praises for He-saysShe-says and Wolf-Emails. They aren't scam.
