First of all, I would like to understand if I understand.

Does "banner impression" always mean "banner displaying"? I mean, I have an account @ fastadvert.com, and it is enough to view the banner (load the page) to get credit for it.

Now, fastadvert.com pays you when you reach 100$, which is 1,000,000 impressions. But some sites offer you millions of banner impressions for few dollars.

For examples, SOTi gives you 2,000,000 banner impressions for 18$.

What does it mean? This doubt is killing me...
Do you think those 2,000,000 are unique ips or they just put my banner code in a page which is "advertised" in traffic exchanges so that I get 2,000,000 impressions but only, say, 1000 ips because it's always the same people viewing it?

I wouldnt cheat anyone.

2 million banner impressions = the banner being shown up on my site 2 million times, there is no ip limiting, so the same person could see it more than once.

Be paid 5 cents by e-gold is actually not a very
good idea. They can fly out in one or two days.
