I've purchased the CAC to MEC upgrade (cac-to-mec.tgz), but I haven't been able to get the seller to perform the install for me (it's been two weeks now). I'm in a hurry to have the upgrade done and am willing to pay someone if they can do it asap. If someone here knows how to perform this upgrade please contact me.
