site down?


also i havent recieved 1 email in the last 2 weeks where i was able to get credit? sites always been down or a 404 message.

That would be my fault. The server I had TitanicRewards on was just too full from another site rapidly growing. I've now moved it to my new server and you should find it working much better from now on. Just didn't want Kimberley getting a bad rap over this.

Why did you post this in the "complaints" folder?

Kimberley has a support folder for Titanic Rewards. Why not post there so that your query can be attended to? Don't you think that would have been more appropriate?

because i wanted reponses from other members , not the webmaster already emailed her. im not slamming the program just wanted to know what was up. as for approperiate i have the right to ask otherr members, this isnt a one time thing ive had problems for weeks with paid emails and getting proper credit with the ptc

Did I tell you that you don't have the right to ask other members? Don't take things out of context - if you want an argument - go start it with someone else.

All I asked was why this was posted in the complaints folder and that Kim has a support folder for questions like this. Your query may get more attention there.

Are you still having the problem, after Cynthia got the site moved to a different server on her servers?

What is your email address? If I received the email, then I responded to it (unless it was today, in which case, I just got online about 20 minutes ago). If the email never got to me, I could never respond to it.
