Also SearchBotz has no minimum payout, pays through PayPal or MoneyBookers, accepts clicks from Canada, the US and EU, and does not require a website. FindBlitz pays out at $5.00 through PayPal or E-gold, I believe they accept international members but I'm not sure if they require a website or not.
