Does this work for anyone else or is my computer playing tricks on me??

Please go here:
http://www.affiliate-sites.net/ptptutorial/country.html

and click the link for paypopup (it won't pop anything up, it just goes to their faqs page)

It's supposed to open in a new page, but for me it opens in the same page. huh.gif

What am I doing wrong??

Here is the code I'm using:
CODE
<a href="http://www.paypopup.com/faq.php" target="blank"><u>PayPopUp.</u></a>

That's what it's supposed to be, but you can put anything there and as long as you haven't defined that it will open in a new window happy.gif

At least I think it's that unsure.gif
USAOK
probably have a pop-up blocker.

Try holding ctrl and clicking.
