Anybody have any recommendations of a good place to advertise a 468x60 banner ad at? I dont want any incentivized traffic, just people that are interested in online casinos. I have an advertising budget of only 200 per month for this site, so, please try to give me affordable suggestions, it is a very small budget website venture. I'm interested in buying lots of banner impressions or doing a CPC campaign. I hear ShareASale isnt too bad, any suggestions people?
