Okay, I'll leave myself open for ridicule by asking this question - If 26 people on the forum sign up underneath me in the downline builder, why would the program I joined only show 1 referral on each of five levels?

In the downline builder when people join under you, you get one ( 1 ) referral to each tier (level) of the referral structure the program has, it might be a 10 level program or 5 as you posted in your example, well even though lets say 26 people join under you, you'll only get 5 since there's no more levels to be fillen in that particular program. This way everyone gets atleast one referral to all the levels, it's a start anyways! Don't know if I can explain it any better
