I have had it with some of these webmasters who start programs....take all the ad money and DONT pay members or dont answer emails. They ruin it for all of us who are honest and hardworking to our members.

I am sorry I dont care who you are you shouldnt have to tell another program owner you are a webmaster of another site (dont know why that works), threaten to go to boycott site or more extreme measures to get service or your money.

1. I am amending my terms at all my sites......Any program owner.....who owes me money or my sites money whether in advertising, cash or otherwise....If they reach payout in one of my sites....they will NOT recieve their payment until the outstanding balance owed is paid or I will deduct what they owe from what thier payout is. I use money from ohter programs to have contests for my members.

2. Any program who does not want to pay what is owed....wont answer emails on the subject etc......I will be sending emails out to my members of all 4 sites warning them of the site....with the facts.

3. Informing boycott site and LOUDLY posting here.

If everyone would stop supporting these rip offs...they would not be in business...or be taking our money.

yes it was... there seems to be constant problems with this guy yet he swears he is honest etc etc..

I wasn't at all happy with the emails he sent out which were pretty much calling people names for requesting egold.. not a good start for someone who is trying to make up for past mistakes (supposedly)

amen and pass the ammuntion. i am absolutely fed up with webmasters that are just plain no good. lookk at joshspaidlinks for example. now that one burned my biscuits bad. he just walked on us all period. and the stinkers who can't return email are getting on my nerves. i have made some new rules of my own as a little ol peon member.

1. payout needs to be under $15 unless otherwise can show me that it will earn at a good clip if not they're history

2. if a webmaster doesn't email me back within a week and i post if anyone has heard from them and no one has they'll be history.

3. i am going to check to see if the downline is collapsible or linear. if it ain't linear i ain't joining.

as for quitting if i joined a collapsible thread then i will stay. if i joined under anyone as an exchange i will stay.

At this time, I'll make another suggestion...

Paid-Email Standards Agreement wont work, You cant police it and you cant go after every WM to agree to it. Nor can you tell others to avoid that site because they wont agree to the PESA. Soon as you start telling people to avoid that website you are asking for more trouble than the PESA is worth.

so i had 75c and i got paid $1.21....oddddddd, but not complaining.

emailpayall when i signed up had no minimum payout I requested pay out and he will not send said he tried and my paypal would not no take it I havent had a problem in the past with any payment so the guy must have been trying to do it with a credit card. I go to the site today and see that payout has went up to a buck which I would not mind if the guy would actually pay.

This happened to me once when I tried to pay a member.
I contacted him immediately and asked him if he wanted to be paid by egold or Anypay (the only other 2 options I had at that time), and he never responded.
I don't know if he's even still a member or not.

You just learn to avoid those webmasters / programmes who are not worth the effort !!

Some do a moonlight flit ... others cancel your account then publicly display your personal.

There are good Webmasters / Webmistresses ... and there are bad / lazy ones.

I wanna jump in here for a second, and I need an answer.

I am in the process of doing this month's mass payment by Paypal and I noticed that a certain webmaster that a LOT of people, including myself, have had problems with. Now, I can't say he never paid me because I deleted my account before I reached payout. But, there are enough members here that say he has never paid them, and if you complain about payment, you get deleted.

This is the first time he has reached payout at my site. What I want to know is, do I pay him? Speaking from past experience, I know if I don't pay him, he's going to be writing things about me at Jay's forum again. He can't here, because he was banned.

Jaz, or anyone else, wanna tell me what to do?

I have some webmasters I dislike,but I think I should pay them if I owned any program & they reached minimum in my program...unless they don't cheat in my program or delete my account with their program for no reason...

Not paying him can lead to more trouble, now, if he owed you money, then you can say to him that it pays for what he owes you and he gets what ever the difference is. But holding back money because of other things that arent site related leads to trouble...

Okay, what if he paid a few members for them to say they got paid, and have people argue over this issue?

In my opinion it would be wrong to not pay.

If you have a problem with someone because they deleted you, because you don't like their attitude, because you think..... whatever, the proper thing to do would be to email them from the very beginning and tell them they are not welcome in your program. If you realize an undesirable is a member after they have earned then you should pay them what they are owed (unless they're cheating) before cancelling their account. To let someone earn money and then refuse to pay it makes you no better than them.



Just a little side note. Personal feelings have no place in business.

I know the person under discussion here. Whether it is him or not, if he has reached min payout, he should be paid like all the other members. If he has clicked on links, earned a reasonable amount through personal clicks, been active and not cheated, I don't see why he should not be paid or why he should be paid and banned.

Please don't fight. I am trying to do what is the best for my site, and the question seemed to be in the same theme as the original question. That is why I asked it.

I don't want any fights or mudslinging or anything else.

I have decided, I am going to pay him.

The reason he didn't get deleted back in the beginning is because I didn't have anything in my terms about what he was doing. I have since added a clause in the terms, but he hasn't done anything since, that I know of. I don't visit Jay's forum anymore, so I have no idea what is going on over there. Before anyone says anything about that, it's not because I have anything against Jay or anyone else. It's just because I don't want to know. I feel I am safer, because as long as I don't know, I won't say anything I'll regret later.
