Well something is up...I had 10 refs disappear today...from my downline and they haven't sent my earnings yet either.

i know they give excellent customer service, i dealt with them a lot in the past

Hmmm! I just went to request payment, because I knew I had nearly a dollar in there (and I usually request when I have at least a dollar)--and I have
-$.21 (that's NEGATIVE 21 cents). ah.gif I hope that's a bug too...I'm writing WM now.

keep us posted on the earnings bit. i got 'terminated' too but when i wrote to them, they activated my account again.

OK, the update is, I got a mail from them today, stating that the negative balance was the result of some problems they had been having (script bug or whatever), and that the problem would be sorted out in 24-48 hours. It has something to do with downlines being listed as "inactive" when they aren't, or something like that. I'll let you know when I am able to request payment. aa.gif

The problem was that some accounts were getting terminated by their scripting... Just a matter of contacting them about it...

I have written quite a lot if times: I lost some referrals and some money. They told I was gonna get my money already in my account again, but I have to wait for a few days and if I don't see the money to write them, then again, loss referrals and loss more money, wrote again, same answer. Why they putting this money back manually???, shouldn't that by working automatically by year 2003???, and besides that I have to remind them... c'mon... I can't be writing and writing and writing again for 20 cents!!!... that's insane. Last time I told them I wasn't gonna write them again to ask that two dimes, I HAVE DO NOT HAVE TO REMEMBER THEIR JOB, IT'S THEIR JOB, NOT MINE!.

Yes, member support is ok, but company functionality is poor and anacronic.

That's is the problem. Why if a member unsuscribe (or get's deleted) I should loose money???, I ALREADY EARNT THAT MONEY, it's in my account which mean it is mine they MUST respect that, they shouldn't touch this money but to put more in the account. Advertisers have being charged as someone sees their website, they NEVER give money to the adversiters for any reason after the website was already visited, even if the advertisers sells nothing, well, it's the same principle, once this money is in my account is MY MONEY.
