I've been trying to get a referral url for one of my ads on Jayspaidmail changed because the company changed it's domain.

I've sent two emails and put it on the board, but it seems that they're too busy sending out emails about other sites giving them praise to bother with their own customers.

Also, you get all kinds of maths thrown at you when you complain about your referral stats.

They give 2% of the earnings and points of referrals.

I have accumulated 23 points and 27.24 cents from 26 referrals. All this in about six months.

This means that my referrals have earned a total of 1150 points and $13.62 between 26!!

I have earned 2,178 Points and $ 47.0299 by myself, so why do 26 only earn the above?

Despite reviews saying they give good support etc.. they are hopeless.

You earn 0.2% from your referrals( not 2%)

You don't earn 2% of your referrals, but .2%

$10 for each direct referral, and .20%

That's your problem....

That plus the non-existent customer support makes it at the bottom of my list.

The customer-support is not non-existent, as you call it.

Many webmasters don't answer questions that are answered in the FAQ.

They have lives too...

I think Jay is cool, he always says I rock when ever I visit a link. That's very nice of him, if you ask me

because it's not in faq but on front page .20 and if you can't see the point go get your eyes check.

he's working with me on something but i cant seem to find him anywhere !!

guess it's prob a case of just missing him here & there!

I was just at JOF, and I found out there that Jay's been sick as a dog for the past 2 days. He said he barely got out of the bathroom long enough to make the post to say he couldn't work.

He listed his backlog of work to be done/ads sent and it sounds really daunting.

Someone already got paid by them?
