My account has been reseted to zero a few days after i get paid for jannuary. I've emailed that but i didn't get any answer. Anyone with the same problem? Who is the webmaster ?

were you incentivising searches at all (or did you send a paid mail?) this is in there terms of things you cannot do

Werewolf, I thought they reset everything to ZERO after they pay you your last months earnings?

They reset your account to zero and then they pay. This time my account was reseted to zero, I get paid and about a week later was reseted to zero again.
Anyway, i've contacted the webmasters and she solved my problem.

I dont know when you first sent the email but the only one I personally got (I check support@searchbotz.com and Peter checks webmaster@searchbotz.com)
was just a few moments ago. I have no idea why your earnings supposedly disppeared other then what GRL said we delete your earnings then pay you the first week of the month.

Nobody else is having this problem that I am aware of. I added the $1.20 that you said you lost into your account.

If you email me at support@searchbotz.com I always reply within minutes if not within a couple of hours. So if anyone doesnt receive a reply from me please try again. I dont always check in here and you could be wasting your time

did payments go through or something? yesterday, my account was about what it says in my sig and today when i log in, it says that i have only $0.085 now i'm new to this program, so if this is normal let me know! LOL

Hmmmm nope no payments went thru thats only done on the first week of the month but obviously there is something not right there. I will add the earnings you have in your signature. This might be a Smartsearch bug dunno...but keep an eye on your earnings and if you have any more problems email me at:support@searchbotz.com

This is happening at 7c7 too Suzanne.... this isnt good... I am sure it is a bug, because several of my affiliates have had thier balance wiped as well.

yeah the site is down now because cynthia needs to move other sites off that server. SearchBotz is using too many CPUs and even when cynthia wanted to try to move other sites she couldnt get in because there were 50 search + going every time she tried so I told her to take it offline for awhile to make her changes

OK the site is back up Cynthia fixed it. It appears the cpanel updated itself with a new version which messed things up and the DSN zone disappeared

Dont ask me any questions about this stuff cuz I dont know..lol
