How long ago did you try.? You know the webmaster is a member here. I've never had any problems with redeeming ads with him. He must be very busy this morning. I'm sure he will email you when he gets time. I have had the same thing happen to me in the past with him. With 10,000+ members...I'm sure you're not the only one redeeming. Mike will take care of you...don't worry!

I had a problem with the contact through the site once. I emailed webmaster@profitfromemail.com (I think) and he answered immediately. My points redemption went out about 2 days later due to the amount of redemptions he gets every day.
