Hi, Sounds familair for me.
In the begin, i use ipowerweb for my first site, they were cheap, kind,... i payed 1 year ahead, everyhting works fine.....
untill a few weeks later, my account was suspend, i made several phonecalls from Belgium to USA, for getting different answers, after 3 weeks, we could transfer our site to another hostcompany. And yes i lost all the money
I didn't reach the max. bandwith, neither because i didn't paid them,....
What i want to tell is, cheap and big hostingcompany aren't that so good, if you can calculate i paid more then $30 per month instead of $8. Especialy for us internationals it is very hard to get good hostingcompanies.
I pay now between $10 and $15 per month (i have 3 sites)
If i use Begian hostingcompanies i pay $40 for 1 site. So we use ameriacans, and they take advange because we are living to far, thinking we'll not take action.
What i sugest is if you want a good hostcompany take Cynthia, you can reach her always via messenger, helps you immediatly, if you go over your bandwith, she gives you the extra.
So maybe cash4nothing.inc, was the next international victim
and lost his/her money like i did.
Regards
Pascale
