Were you at payout and pressing the redeem button to get paid out, pushing it more than once. Collen had put up that anyone that kept pressing that button would get deleted....

no those email addys aren't banned

colleen has however stated time and time again that she is only doing random payouts at the moment and not to constantly email her about it or keep pressing the redemption button otherwise she'll delete your account..

I haven't deleted anyone today =)
The only reason I have deleted anyone lately (two days ago)
Was for NOT reading what is written above the redemption buttons on members accounts pages.

I try really hard to be nice about the whole thing with those that don't speak english very well because I do understand that the English language is a little difficult to decifer sometimes but with trying to manage the dozens of ad redemtion requests my site is getting lately, I am way to busy to keep repeating myself when I think I have it all covered in the Terms and FAQ's as well as sending it out in emails dozens of times and personal emails.

I try so hard to be fair but I am but one Tired lady running a NOW successful Paid To Read =)

I am so sorry if anyone gets deleted for not following rules or requests. My members are very important to me.

but if you don't want cash redemption,
why don't you remove that from the redemption page?
And why I see on the home page:

Member Benefits
Up to four cents per paid Email read by you
Up to one cent per paid Email read by direct referrals
Low Minimum Payout - $1.00

If you make these simple changes I think that all the matter will
be more clear and fair...
