ive been a member with them for about a week it says i am unauthorized to view the page. cookies are on and my password is entered correctly (all small caps). ive tried dozens of times to login with no success.
at one time i was able to login after getting this error message and i thought the problem was solved. now i can't log in again.
finally received an email from them over a week later and everything was working ok...logging in wasnt a problem for me
now the darn thing is happening again! i cant log in.
i sent another email to them recently...i just hope they contact me again soon...this is so frustrating!!
