Help Kimberly!!!

I know you've been ill, but I saw you've been in here. I'm still having problems with your banners in the PTC section. I spent 50 minutes in there (dial-up) on Thursday(I think), when I went in I had 20 points. I clicked and sat out all 30 or so banners, and when I left I had 22 points. That's an awful lot of time spent on site for no reward. I checked back 2 days later in case they were slow to post, still 22 points. Can you help me out here? I'm not going back in til I know I'm getting creditted.

Is anyone else having this problem? It started right after the server change.

Maybe you should post in the support folder that she has here.....

Thanks Robyn, I didn't see a support folder. I've sent a couple of emails to Titanic Support, but since she's been sick, she hasn't answered, and I understand that. I just hate not being able to go there, I love the site.

It's good to know it's not just me having problems, tho.

I'm sorry this keeps happening to you. I have emailed John, to see what he has to say, since he created the scripts.

The banners credit for me, and from my side, I can't see any problems, so that's why I emailed him. I am now awaiting his response, which I will post here.
