What a pain!
Go to www.avast.com download and install their fab anti-virus program, then restart your PC.
Avast is the only one, or FREE one, I know that has a "Boot" scan, it found 6 malware on my system AFTER doing a complete scan with AVG; AD-Adware and Skybot!
