I'm not sure how to explain this. I just got my Windows reinstalled and I seem to have a problem with this. When I click on a link in Outlook Express, most of them work fine on IE but with a few PTC sites like earthclik or music-clicks which every link opens a new window(unlike others which open in the same window), nothing comes up at all. What could be a problem? I don't think it has anything to do with pop up blocker because I have the settings as I used to have and I never had any problem before.
