Hi all,

I need some help from members from german speaking countries. Of course, if you are not there from but f.e. teach german or know it very well, help me also, please. Please point out mistakes in my homework even if they are very small. I would like to have this work without mistakes.

The topic of my work is: What do you do yourself to protect natural circle/range? (sorry if the word circle or range does not makes sence here, i dont know this in english, but you should know what's going on)

ich einen Hahn sher genau zudrehen sollte.
Ich weiss, dass die Tiere sollte im ihrem Haus Ruhe haben. Sie fuehlen sich auch befrohen von

Menschen, so ich benehme mich im Wald sehr gut. Ich schrie nicht, mache keinen Lagerfeuer und lasse kein Muell, wenn ich den Wald lasse aus.
Ich sortiere den Muellund. Niemals werfe im Wald weg!
Neben meinen Haus habe ich ein Kompost, wo werfe ich Gemuese und Obst weg, die nicht frisch sind.
Ich denke, dass ich mache viel mehr fuer die Umwelt als meinen Altersgenossen.

Comprendo espanol poco, pero no compredo German.

I can just and just understand the text but can't really point out any possible mistakes It's been years since I last had to take german in school - *sigh* getting old.

About the "Hahn": Do you think you should turn it off, or DO you turn it off? (I think you DO )

"befrohen von Menschen" I think you mean "bedroht" (threatened) ?

The sentence about the water in Poland is pretty difficult, but I couldn't find an easier way to describe it.

Don't use "Haus" to describe the "home" of animals like it's the case with the "Wald". Only use Haus for a building.

I've unbeliveable story about learing german but, it's funny just for those, who hear whilst not for myself.
I started learning this language 6 years ago in primary school. There level of teaching was "at least" a bit bad. Non countable making pictures, painting flags of german speaking countries, dominos etc. made learining there senceless.
At the same time I had german course in private language school. They didnt charge much money but in 3 years I learnt more than in those 6 years at school! Unfortunately, all private schools has not enough people willing to keep studying german so I had a choice between no additional course and having a private teacher. Due to costs, I've choosen no course.
Thereafter I study german just at school. After the first 3 years of my studying there was time to go to the next kind of school (don't know how to call this). And what? I had to begun from all the simplest things. Teacher had always good knowlegde of german, but what with it, if I was borred all the time on lessons. Without any additional efforts I had always 6 (the highest note in polish system). Moreover, I've never had worser note than 6 on the half or finish of schoolyear.
So where I should find motivation? I thought earlier that I'll pass ZD exam that makes not necessary to participate in high school foreign language exam. This rule has dropped. And what left? Nothing, as I do not have any motivation to keep studying myself on better level than in school. Sad story, but authentic.

You're right. German is really a very difficult language. Especially the grammar is a horror. Even for me it was difficult, though I always had the mark 1 (the highest in Austria). But when it came to grammar it was always a 2.
And the biggest problem is, there seem to be no rules in the German language. Here an exception, there an exception, another exception...blahblahblah
Studying yourself German would be very difficult. I tried once to teach myself Italian, and it worked pretty well. But in the meantime I've forgotten everything.
