I have a question !

Are there any penalty if SAS is down or the promote page is down and people still click for others for exchange? Do you think it's unfair?

It would be fair to let the linkowner know that their link was clicked, but the site was down. That is, of course, if the clicker is paying attention and not just blindly clicking. I guess you could reply with a message to "try again later when the site is back up". At least then they'd know they got caught and might be more careful later.

If a site is down when it is clicked there is no reason to post that it has been clicked. It is not valid.

Any member that has received invalid clicks can post a complaint in this folder and the matter will be dealt with through the Warning System.
