Hi guys,

Our (E-MailEarnings) member base is at round 750ish at time of writing, and I'm currently looking to increase this dramatically.

I was wondering where you think the faults in the problem are?
Here are some vital statistics of the program:

Ref Levels, 15%, 5%, 5%, 5%.
Minimum Cashout, $15.00 (cash), or from 50 cents (advertising).
Paid To Click Section available,
Paid To Join Area available,
Premium Memberships Available from just $10.00,
Member forum to discuss queries/comments/concerns.

So I want to know where *you* think the problem lies... is it lack of promotion, is there a fatal flaw with the program I have overlooked or is it just because the planets aren't aligned?

The referral contest brought in many members, but I feel more are needed to give advertisers the very best deals, and to build a good reputation with and among advertisers.

I don't know if this will help because I am new in this ptr business but I have found that is all advertising and getting the program out to as many people as you can. I run ads all the time with the other programs to help my membership and hopefully with advertising.

I have found that the other program owners are very good at helping out by trading banners or ads.

I will help by trading you ads to send out to members. I have a little over 1800 members.

Just send me your ad to advertising@clearlytheone.com putting "trade" in the subject.

I think there are a lot of people who look for verrrrry low payouts, and $15 might seem high compared to other programs that have launched lately... Also, you've been having a little server-down-time that coincided with the push for new members, and that has likely had an influence. I like this program and will be advertising it myself ab.gif as soon as I get a bit more moola together !!

as a member of get paid to sites I look for ease of reaching payout. Do you state on your join page what your emails and clicks are worth?
I also look for extras like competitions. little bonuses are an incentive. ab.gif

Hi, I just joined a few days ago because Lexie told in her letter that it was your program.
I think payout shoud be $5 and first tier at least 25% to compeed with
others.
15% doesn't tickle me to get referrals.
You asked for it!

That's right you have to decrease the payout into 5 or less than that, most of us like to joint GPTR if no minimum payout.
And I will join immediately if it mention NO MINIMUM PAYOUT and paid every month direct to our account and can receive egold as the payment. it just like Opt-in-Pays.com I like it most because they can pay through egold and pay monthly without any request, I think that the best. ab.gif ab.gif

I will trade banner imps with any site owners who are interested.
I put the imps in my banner exchange, which rotates on my sites and a number of others.
Anyone who is interested just let me know.

Yup, most of us non webmasters and even some of the webmasters from what I hear, have a hard time getting referrals. Joining a program with a $15 payout, makes it very hard for those of us with little or no referrals to be able to cash out in a reasonable period of time. I don't think most of us even look at anything over $10 anymore and even the $10 payouts, I look at very long and very hard. Nothing personal but although I can't speak for everyone else, I am no longer willing to click paid links for the sole purpose of helping my upline cashout. For an example there's Letter Wealth. I think this is a great program, I think the WM is very nice, and they send quite a few emails, alot of them being 1 cent. I joined this program when it first opened, over a year ago, and have earned $4.80, but it has a $15 payout. So according to those stats it will take me another 2 years to cashout. I plan on waiting until my account gets to $5, then I will redeem for an ad and bow out gracefully. Nothing wrong with these programs, it is just that who wants to wait 3 years to cash out. I hope you find your solution.
Good Luck and Best Wishes with your site!!

That is exactly how I've been feeling lately.

Although everyone has the mistaken opinion that webmasters all get big downlines, most of us do NOT.

In my defence, although FreeAndEasy does have a $10 payout, I do random payouts every time I get a little extra money, which enables those members with small or no downlines to get paid fairly regularly.

Maybe a lower payout is a good idea ad.gif

I would love to be a payed member. Although being on a Fixed income of 1003.00 per mo, from a stroke that me permanently disabled. I just can not allow any more funds from my food budget.
I know the old cloche: 'It takes money to make money', as I very well know. I was once reminded of an other adage, that went something like this: 'A god man should never have to pay an other man so as he can earn a living.' And to me that means I should never join the ranks of people that are not able give a person a hand up, not a hand out. Personaly helped people who through just being a victom of circumstances. As I have been.
With my computer skills, and time on my hands. I am in a very strong position to help the right person, with honest bisiness ethics,( or just ring true to the words and deeds. Now that is the person I would dedicate my life to. For I know I wuold be treated fairly. So that's my story and I'm sticken to it. Sincerly Yours, LGary Burton

Ok, first, we have the pop ups from hades......
more than just hating pop ups as a member, (yours are particularly bad) an advertiser is annoyed before they can ever even see your offers. NOT a good idea to annoy from the first second they are on your site.
next it is php cac scripts, which personally I will not join unless I "know" there have been massive upgrades to plug the security gaps the enterprise could fit through, as well as the knowing the owner will stick it out (no problem on the owner ac.gif
3rd is cookie cutter look, nothing about the design stands out at all. And yes, the referral levels could use a boost aa.gif

I can pretty it up. I'll even do it for a substantial discount if I can keep my link at the bottom for my design services.
