In an email to their members the webmaster of paidmailinc states that because of raised costs in hosting fees due to the numerous bouncing emails from members They are now deleting all members if they have ever bounced twice. Other changes may also occur after this is fixed but no definite details at the time. some words have been edited due to our rules

There is another matter of the bounced emails that a lot of people didnt read the rules when they signed up. At the bottom of the index page are two paragraphs reguarding this, though I am sure that Colleen will say something when she posts

OK So I had a HISSY fit.........I am by no means a racist and I love everyone but I am going to have to ban MANY because a good chunk of the bandwidth used and that is going to cost me more than I can afford is because of JUNK boxes from CHEATERS....and the only way to get my point across (AND YES I DID IT BADLY AND I'M SORRY) was to send out a email to ALL members...

I have to say I only got ONE email from someone saying they were deleting their account...I am sorry she felt the need, she said she felt like I was yelling at her...well maybe if the shoe fits?????

I love my members and We ALL have worked HARD together to make this a SUCCESS!

NO WAY am i going to give up....I came close but NOPE, not going to do it, no way no how!!!!

Do what you have to do! I am new to this and I just want to say... I have been reading EVERYTHING from all the sites!!! If some people can't be bothered.. then why bother with them? they waste your time and money!

I am actually glad that you explained why to everyone, because most people, don't understand why bounced emails are a problem! I didn't know until just recently -

What it is is that htey arent making money of those emails that come from GPTR sites, so they blockhole them without reason. 99% of the time you will find that it's done because of the fact that it's extra bandwidth to them.

Just to give some idea, my largest emails that come from GPTR sites come from Dirt Cheap Email, they are averaging about 17kb in size. Now I get two or three that size a day from them. But on average each email that comes is about 3kb, now times that by the 100's of sites, and then by the number of emails they would send each day, and it takes up quite a bit of bandwidth and storage. So, what do they do, just blackhole where they come from.

DUH...What is Blackhole?

And don't tell me it's a dead area in space!

If you have ever heard of /dev/null, that is what is called a blackhole. Basically the directly which leads no where. The place you cant retrieve anything from. aka, deleted.

I just have to jump in here for a second, I am a member of PMI and have been since it was first started under the old owners.
Since Coleen has taken over it has really become one of my favorite GPTR programs, I am actually earning money there and tons of points to use for advertising.

I have also chatted with coleen via im's and she is really a very sweet person and will help anyone with anything, things not even pertaining to PMI.

I have heard her say over and over again "how am I supposed to get people to read the rules", I know it is very frustrating for her she tells them to hold off on cashouts the next morning her email is full of cashouts.

She has tried her best to make this a great program and if you ask me has suceeded very well. I stand behind here and here , after you have repeated yourself over and over again to the same people and having to involve the rest of the members by sending the emails to the whole list, I don't blame her for going off like that. She has been extremly patient with the members I think, now it's costing her money, and tons of brain cells, not to mention time taken away from her family and a real life. This is a person so dedicated she spends at least 12 hours a day setting at her computer trying to make this work. So I think if you don't want to be part of a great thing get the heck out, if your too lazy to log in and click unsubscribe you deserve to be booted. We all know GPTR programs come with lots of email I am on probably 50 gptr's, It is like a job you can't just go through your email once a month, it is a daily thing, if your inbox is small get a bigger one.

I can only imagine what you and all the other WMs have to put up with, and people that REPEATEDLY won't read and pay attention to the rules get no quarter with me, either. I think Colleen is right!!!!!! She did nothing different then any other wm does. I have gotten quite a few from wm that they send to all their members. I have yet to hear anything written about them in this forum!!!! The only thing i hear about the others are how right they are!!!! I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE!!!!!!

i think u r the owner of PMI.I was a trustworthy member and u owed me $1 and was requested the payment before u take up the site.Then u emailed me that u will pay it soon.I don't know when ur emails bounced.i am using hotmail.NOW U DELETED MY ACCOUNT!!!!

Okay, you requested payment BEFORE she took over back in December. That then wasnt her responsibility. As to it being requested AFTER she took over she has said on many occasions within the emails that have been sent out that she is paying people out randomly and if you kept requesting to be paid out they would get ignored and deleted.

Now, you say you were using Hotmail, at any time did you get emails from hotmail within your inbox stating that you needed to clear it out. IF you did, then that's when emails bounced. Hotmail are notorious for being strict about their 2mb limit.

Now, to another factor, did you click any links in the past 30 days, if not, then that is another reason you got deleted.

I only deleted members that had not looked at an mail or clicked on a link in 50 days or more....so anyone who wants to (ummmmm ok going to be nice here) WHINE about being deleted.....I can offer you some cheese to go with it if you like.

I have noted in SEVERAL KEY places on Paidmailinc.com about banned email addresses and how long i will tolorate no clicking.

And while we are on the subject of banned email addresses, By deleting Etang...they ALL BOUNCE DAILY..I have saved Paidmailinc.com over $100.00 today alone and almost $80.00 from deleting 163.com addresses...It has been posted forever for people to change banned email addresses, so I say HORRAYYYYYYYYY for COLEEN (Patting myself on the back because I am going to be able to payout more now because of the "Ignorant" people who don't read what they need to. =)

OK nuff said.....EXCEPT.....PAIDMAILINC.COM members who Literally FILLED my email with PRAISES....I LOVE YOU =)

I think you are doing a great job with PMI. Before you took over hardly got any emails. I say to heck with the people who can not follow direction get rid of them and don't worry about it because you have alot of us behind you. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

Some people don't realize it, but anti-spam programs will often block emails on their own. For example we are currently fighting with AOL for them to allow our emails to go to their members.

AOL are notorious for blocking GPTR sites, the thing you have to make sure when you are sending things such as this is that it's going to their actual email name, and not to a list name. So it would need to be something like this: correct - 123abc@aol.net , incorrect - EasyMoneyMail members

Soon as you do that it hits their spam filter and gets no where. Also, all it takes is just one AOL member to say your spamming them and the same thing happens.

AS everyone, i also appreciated u when u started deleting inactives.I used to check my emails everyday and my mailbox was never full.However,by mistake or not u deleted my account.I don't want to argue with u anymore regarding this .

I am extreamly sorry if you lost your membership.....I started deleting members who hadn't clicked a link in 50 (fifty) days.....This is a business and am not here to waste my time sendng email to people who don't look at them.

It states in the Terms 30 days no click and you get deleted but I gave longer...if you had a banned email you get deleted....if you had more that one account you get deleted...

I am not perfect and could have made a mistake...but in this case I don't think I did. I have done almost nothing else for the last 3 days but check and double check email addresses, IP addresses and dates on last clicks.

I am sorry if I offended you but I get quite offended when people cannot follow simple rules.
