As for basic templates, there isn't actually any I know of. Maybe someone will make you a one? Look around the forum.

Spend an hour and learn HTML yourself. It's SO easy, i have no idea why people have trouble with it... If you can use UBB formatting codes, HTML should be a breeze...

And DO NOT make it tacky, in other words, no red text on a yellow background, or ULTRA LARGE fonts, or ALL CAPS, or WeIrD CaPs, etc. Sites with that kind of stuff really ###### me off...

Make it light and professional looking. Don't make it seem like you're getting them to sign up to hundreds of programs...tell them that these are "opportunities".

You don't have to learn HTML if you're just making a basic website like that. Just use Macromedia DreamWeaver or Microsoft FrontPage.

Yes Frontpage is REALLY easy to use, I made my website with it. And there are thousands of free templates on the net, maybe you want to use those to build your site. No need to know any HTML! ...well if you have that Front Page program...

it is hard to make a site with 40 links instead , ppl will feel bored if there are so many links in the page .
U should seperate it into a few page or category them by names ...
it will be better and easier for visitor to navigate

It is what I think as a webdesigner .

Yes it's bad. But is the best and fast way to learn how to
do it for yourself.
Afterall you don't like a page so similar to another's one
page. So don't modify it a bit modify it a lot.

The think that is really bad is getting someone paying you
any money just to do a page with several links instead of
helping him.

cause you can do it better and better everyday =]

but if you are not interested in learning a basic webdesign then I would suggest you visiting this site
it is a lil site of mine
and there you can find a very simple way to make a simple lists of GPT programs ^____^

you can use netfirms.com for banners
but you have to take care of the bandwith
limit. So if you use it only for the
banners shouldn't be any problem.
