I requested a $47.00 check from Greenfield Online way back before Christmas, around December 20th and still haven't gotten it in the mail. I've tried e-mailing them, but no reply. What's up?

Don't worry yet, it took about 8 weeks for my last check to show up. I cashed out mid Nov and got my check mid Jan. Hopefully yours is on its way!

Dont worry they have always payed me , they are a little slow about it but hey its better slow then never

at least they do pay and they pay pretty good

And it IS a check...probably got caught up somewhere. Anyways, no one else but you can cash it out, so if it doesn't get claimed then they'll probably re-issue it.

Ive waited 3 months for a $25 payment for a survey. They wont respond to phone calls or emails

Yep, they're slow, but do pay! Once took me nearly 4 months to get a check. LOL But it came. And the couple of times I wrote them, they did respond pretty quickly. Never had a reason to call them though, so can't comment on that part.

I requested a check i mid- November.. and just got it today.. Was beginning to wonder.. LOL.. hang on. It does get there!!

I havew been a member there for over 4 years and they us eto pay faster then they donow
I hardly paticipate because of how slow they are at paying
I just got a check for 6$ and I applied in the summer so that should give you ad idea on how slow
They also pay on pstcards which could be a litle bit of a problem also

I just received a check from them Jan. 12. that was issued Nov. 18. On their checks its says "void 8 weeks after issue date." My bank refused to cash it because it would have been void by the time it got back to them. Pretty convenient, huh?
I emailed them and they replied that they outsource check sending and the company that sends out the checks was behind. They said they contacted their bank and they would still honor the checks but would reissue another one if you would like.
I have been paid twice by them before with no problems.
I suggest you contact greenfeild online support and explain the problem to them. I'm sure it can be worked out (I hope).

not really if it says void in 8 weeks you just deposit and don't cash it will go into your account,,,,,,,,
but I was paid $10 from them

I was trying to deposit it into my checking account. My bank refused to deposit it because they would not be able to get the money from Greenfeild's bank.
I'm still waiting to hear bank from them again...

I deposited mine yesterday and my bank took it
The check said it was good till 1/18/04
I got it Wednesday this week (14)
I depsited it on the 15th so I had three days for them to collect
Your bank should have had time

Ive never had a problem with them before but heres the deal. I did an interactive survey on 10/9 for $25 and never have gotten the credit to my account. Ive emailed multiple times and Im not getting anywhere. I called them and for weeks got a recording saying the mailbox was full. Finally got to leave a message but they still never replied and its been weeks. so basically ive tried thru email and phone for 3 months to get credit to my account.
the second thing is I ordered a check on July. I got it 2 months later dated the date in July I ordered it. It was past the 8 weeks so I couldnt deposit it. They finally credited my acct for the $100+ check. I reordered the check 11/18 and got the check 1/16. It again was past the 8 weeks and I cant cash it.
I know that in Dec, Sara at Greenfields was out for 2-3 weeks and since then its been problem after problem. They dont reply to phone calls or emails

They do send checks slowly but they do pay. When I participate in surveys, I check my account for any dollar amount posted and immediately request the check since it takes a while to receive it. I have emailed them in the past and they have always responded.
