He/She owns it, there are loads of paid-to programs in other languages ( you should know that working in the non-english speaking folders hehe) - I don't know how many support forums there are though - maybe they thought they'd try here because there are members who are multilingual.

My French is terribly poor...that's why my sentences are short and simple.

LOL, it was not exactly 'correct french' but my comment was meant as a compliment, I like it when english-speaking people try to speak another language ... I think it's nice and helpful ... and not many dare to do that ;-)

And your simple and short sentences were easily understandable ... so the answer to your question is : it was 'good' :-)
