CutePCS cancelled their ad for my site, and put in a complaint about me for a "unrealistic click rate". This caused my earnings at ClickXchange to be cut by around $30 for their ad. CutePCS KNEW that their traffic was coming from an incentive site, they should never have accepted me in the first place if they didn't want my traffic.
I just emailed ClickXchange to see what they have to say.

They cancelled me too. I haven't lost any money yet, though. I also didn't even receive an email. I just logged into my CX account to check it, and it was listed as declined.

I got my notification today. They claimed my site isn't marked as an incentivise site.
I think they just didn't bother to check the sites they were approving, and now they don't want to pay out.
So far, I still have my money...will let you know what happens.

I have used their offers many times. There rules are Simple
paid per click ads CANNOT be used on Incentive Sites
All Other Offers Can.
When in doubt about these type of programs....Before you spend time promoting....Send them a quick email and get things clarified.... so you know what thier rules are....
Then SAVE the email from them incase thier is questions later.
It only takes a minute to save you perhaps LOTS of Money

I looked all over ClickXChange before running these ads, nowhere did I find any regulations of the sort.

For websites that contain incentivized programs, you must indicate that the site uses incentivized methods when signing up or adding a new site. All sites found to be incentivized that are not marked will be subject to removal.
Incentive based traffic means traffic generated by contests or pay to surf programs that give points or prizes for clicking on advertisements.

Same here. It was my understanding from clickxchange that if you are an incentivised site you must check that you are. I did and the advertisers I sign up with get that info (as I asked!). So if they approve you they approve you KNOWING this. I has questions and asked up front before I started using them.
