1. Membership Rules & Restrictions1.1 Members are allowed to create only one account. If any duplicate accounts are created, all such duplicate accounts will be banned and warning/s will be issued to the original account.
1.2 If you have forgotten your password, please go to the log in area and request the password or send an email using our Help Desk for assistance. Please do not create a duplicate account if you have forgotten your password.
1.3 If you suspect your account to be hacked, please send an email using our Help Desk and your account will be given back to you.
1.4 If you are a banned member and wish to return to the forum, please follow the procedure mentioned in this thread. Please do not create a duplicate account.
1.5 In case of impersonation, threatening or other harmful conduct by a returned banned member, the administration can decide whether or not to disclose the banned member?s original username to the offended member.
1.6 If a member has violated the rules of the forum and have been issued with warnings, he/ she can request the administration to look into the possibility of reducing the warning. The administration does not automatically remove all warnings as not every warning is qualified to be removed. Please refer this thread to request removal of warning/s.
2.Things To Keep In Mind When Posting
Members are not allowed to make posts containing:2.1 Any material, which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening and evasive of privacy or otherwise violating any law.
2.2 Discrimination based on race/ sex/ religion and of sexual orientation.
2.3 Personal abuse, personal attacks and the like.
2.4 This forum is intended to be a PG-13 / family friendly forum the following topics of discussion and/or promotion are strictly forbidden anywhere on this site:• Pornography (nude pictures of any kind)
• Adult Sexuality (includes homophobic "hate" type posts)
• Hate speak (racial, ethnic, or religious slurs, Nazi-ism, white power, black power, etc.)
• Sexually Harassing Posts (any sexually suggestive proposals)
• Online Gambling / Gaming (casino type) (advertising such sites is illegal in some states and regions)
• Pharmaceutical Sales
• Street Drugs (cocaine, marijuana, heroin, etc.)
• Chain Letters or Similar
• Software Piracy (warez, serialz, etc.)
• Program Fraud (the promotion of, or instructions on how to commit...)
• “How to” posts concerning GPT programs that give specific “walk-through” instructions on completing individual offers / surveys.
• Information on how to defeat program, web sites, or network security.
2.5 The official communication language of GetPaidForum.com is the English language. Please only post in English in all areas of the forum except where otherwise noted such as foreign language sub-forums (which are clearly marked as such.)
3. Other Things To Be Taken Into Consideration When Posting
Members are not allowed to do the following:3.1 Stalking a member from post to post.
3.2 Hijacking other member?s threads to your own advantage.
3.3 Bumping threads deliberately to move it to the top.
3.4 Artificially boosting post count.
3.5 Attempting to beat the words in the censor by using spaces/ symbols.
3.6 Openly posting things as per request of non-members, whether they are banned or have chosen to quit the site. This includes linking to a post or site outside getpaidforum.com as an attempt to convey a message from a banned member/ non-members. If you may have a message from a current non-member please feel free to private message (PM) an administrator.
3.7 Blatant belittling, slandering, libellous comments or repetitive questioning on explained issues concerning the forum, the staff or affiliated sites of our staff. The removal of Notes and Edits by any GPF Administrators and/or Moderators is strictly forbidden.
3.8 Attempting to make money exchanges anywhere in the forum. This includes money exchanges via private messages (PM?s) and using the signature area.
3.9 Asking/ begging for money in any part of the forum including posts in threads, PM?s, signature are, any part of your profile and the live chat, unless you can prove the money is going to a charitable cause and the request has been approved by the Administrators of getpaidforum.com
3.10 Creating multiple threads regarding the same issue/ program within a short period of time.
3.11 Selling/ promoting pirated scripts, cheat software or hack software.
3.12 Promoting programs/ forums etc that have been censored by the forum.
3.13 Posting chatlogs without the approval of all the parties involved in the chat.
3.14 Requesting contact and the posting of contact details (except where specifically permitted).
3.15 Posting of links using a shortened URL (i.e. URLFreeze, TinyURL etc) - all posted links (where allowed) MUST lead directly to the site in question. this includes links used in Signatures
4. Spam4.1 There should not be any promotion, referral, or affiliate links in the message body, except in the "Downline Builder", "Link Exchange", and other such self-explanatory areas also exempt from this rule.
4.2 Members are allowed to post a URL in the message body, but the member cannot be in any way affiliated with the destination site (Owner/ Manager etc other than being a member)
4.3 Members are not allowed to post a note referring the signature if there are any referral links and asking others to refer to link/s in the signature.
4.4 Members are not allowed to refer to other threads which are advertising in nature or request to PM/email for more information.
4.5 Members are not allowed to Request contact nor post contact details (except where specifically permitted).
4.6 Members are not allowed to post graphics/ images/ banners that credits cash and/or points for viewing in the body of messages. Such graphics/ images/ banners can be promoted in the signature area so long as it conforms to signature rules.
4.7 Spamming through PM is also strictly prohibited. If the member did not specifically ask you to PM them then any PMs you may send of an advertising nature is considered PM spam (and may be a bannable offence on the first occurrence as this problem is rampant and a scourge to the forum community – this should really be common sense.)
5. Signature & Avatar Rules
When adding a signature, please make a note of the following:
You may use one of the options here:5.1a You are allowed a maximum of 6 lines of text using only the standard default font size. Blank vertical spaces between lines of text (line breaks) are also counted as a line. This ONLY applies if you use no banners or images - see below. This applies when viewing on a maximum screen resolution of 1024x768.
OR5.1b ONE Banner or Graphic maximum dimension of 500x80 pixels PLUS up to a MAXIMUM of FOUR (4) lines of text/links when viewing on a maximum screen resolution of 1024x768. You may post a higher quantity of smaller sized images or banners in your signature as long as the total (cumulative) image pixel space does not exceed the image area size or the maximum file size equivalent ON ONE LINE (No vertically stacked images). The total image file size limit is 50KB.
The following applies to all signatures:
5.2 Text size tags of ANY description are forbidden.
5.3 Line Breaks (vertical spaces) are counted as one line of text.

5.4 You are not allowed to promote any sites that are actively recruiting members that have been cited as using malicious code on and off the sites' pages with the intention to cheat and/or steal.
5.5 Posting of links using a shortened URL (i.e. URLFreeze, TinyURL etc) - all posted links (where allowed) MUST lead directly to the site in question. This is in accordance with Rule 3.14 above
5.6 Whilst it is not a rule infraction to have links belonging to your friends and fellow members of this forum in your signature area, it is not allowed to rent your signature space or advertise to rent your signature space for money or other incentives.
5.7 Members are not allowed to offer any incentives for joining programs under them in the signature area. Offers of incentives should be limited to the referral exchange area. If you have a referral exchange thread at GPF, a reference to your thread (not to the specifics of the offer in your thread) is allowed in the signature area.
Avatar Rules
5.8 Members may use an avatar and can be chosen from the default set(s) available or uploaded from your computer. Uploaded avatar files must be NO GREATER than 50KB and will be automatically resized by the forum script to a a maximum dimension of 90x90 pixels. Remotely linked avatar images are forbidden. Note: If one or more of the avatar dimensions are greater than 90x90 and the script has to resize the image and the image is converted to a png file. If your avatar was originally animated, it may not be after resizing. Members need to ensure that the image dimensions are within the limits before uploading to avoid automatic conversion if they wish to use animated avatars.
Main Forum rules apply to all signatures/avatars and any that are considered excessive or against the rules are subject to removal. Example: If your signature causes posts that have to be scrolled <---------> (Left/Right) they are subject to immediate removal. If your signature contains links to sites that have content which are included in the Forbidden Topics section of the rules, they will also be removed.

The opinion of the staff of GetPaidForum.com is final with regard to signatures. If there is a disagreement as to whether or not your signature is appropriate then the opinion of forum staff is final and your signature is subject to a request for you to edit your signature or being edited by forum staff to be in compliance. In certain cases where our requests for signature modification have gone ignored or the offending signature elements have re-appeared the we do have the ability to turn off your signature completely (or when all else fails after attempting to work with you then more severe action such as suspension or banishment may be taken against your account.)

7. General7.1 Warnings may be issued to members who violate the rules of the forum.
7.2 Multiple warnings or serious offence will result in suspension or banning of your account.
7.3 If you have any questions about the decision made by a moderator, please contact an administrator via PM (TonyB, or if unavailable – (or last resort) TommyD) If the complaint is against a moderator, please include the correspondences between the moderator and yourself. If the complaint or issue is against an Administrator other than TommyD we would request that you make every attempt to solve the issue amicably with that administrator in question – that failing - please direct your PM to TommyD as he, as owner of the entire forum, has the ultimate final say on all matters relating to this forum (please also note that TommyD is an extremely busy man as head of a large corporation and may have limited time or patience in responding to frivolous PMs.)
7.4 We may or may not reply to your question or issue on a moderator decision if it is a public post in the forum – though if you feel compelled to post publicly it would be best to do so in the “Forum Issues” section.

The forum management reserves the right to alter these rules and policies at will while posting such changes here (though with no requirement for individual member notification of such changes – we suggest you check here often to note any new changes that have been made.)
