This is true. But you can still make money from Netflip by joining their affiliate program through commision junction. :wink: Of course you can only gain referral payment but not through signing up for offers.
I am also in Hong Kong, but I have been making more than a $100 through their affiliate program.

Not necessarily. It depends on the advertiser whether they accept non-english site. Some advertiser don't even check your site. If I remember correctly, anyone can join Netflip affiliate program and there is no language requirement. But I am not too sure about this. You need to check it out yourself.
