Some days a go when I try to login my account I see was suspendet...I email WM but no response from him(her).
I check the forum and I see my mistake was the zip code...
I email again WM and tell all zip codes are change some time I go and I forgot to change in my account at misty...no response...
This is really a big problem? I think I deserve an answer, positive or negative.
This is third time, maybe when I post in complaint section of GPF and I'm sorry for this program but they hurt me so bad...

I think Heather is taking a much deserved break right now, so that probably explains the lack of an immediate response. Have you tried posting in the M&S forum? Perhaps one of the mods there can help you out.

You are complaining , that u were suspened , for not having valid info? And complaining that they dont stop everything , to fix this , around the holidays.Hmm
Do you really expect , pos to not have a life around the holidays. The only person to be mad at is yourself, for not having proper info. So i guess you will have to wait until they get to your email, just like everyone else.
To be honest , she could have just deleted you , and you would be out without anything. So be lucky you were only suspened. And have a chance to even email to have it fixed.
And they do have their own forum . So maybe to get someones attention , maybe you should post in their forum, instead of coming to this forum , where noone can do anything for you, to help resolve this issue.
If you had a job , and you gave your employer wrong info , they would fire you in a heartbeat. So post in their forum , and maybe something can be done for you.

Seem's you never make any mistake...I repeat I email twice but I don't receive any answer...usually I don't have this problems, I'm a member from long time at misty and have a downline 45, misty is one of few programs where I reach and receive payout...I'm not from a search country so I think my mistake can be fix easy, but with noresponse...
I still hope things can be fixed and my account came back...

If you have been with Misty's for that long period of time then you would have received her email in regards to that she was leaving to visit her daughter and would not be returning till January...... Post your concern in the Forum, you might get an answer

A wrong zipcode should in my opinion not be an excuse for simply deleting a member. What does she need it for anyways? Was she upset because her christmas card to you was returned to sender?? She can see where each member lives because of the searchfriendly countries, and that sounds like enough to me. But who knows...wait for the answer. I might be wrong. They are probably singing christmas carols, cause she took a break

We all know that most of this membership joining info is a complete wate of time as the program owner is hardly going to write to the member
No its yet another feable reason to suspend an honest member
It looks like edskers agrees with this kind of malpractice so if you belong to her programs i sugest you go and check every detail of your user details as you may get suspended from her programs for mispelling or some other trivial reason

Besides that,if you post in the forum of Sam/Misty,most of the time you get a very sarcastic or rude answer or no answer related to the question.Wouldn't it be nice if some program owners start treating their members with a little respect and kindness?

Amen to that...the rudeness is totally out of line. I have hesitated many times to ask questions, simply because of the answers I get...from some webmasters and some members of this forum. Is there some sort of list of correct/allowable questions to ask? A complaints folder is exactly that...for problems or complaints. You know, it's not all about the PTR owners; we members deserve some respect for our time. Just my two cents for what it's worth!

Here are the reasons , that site owners , Suspend members for having invalid info.
#1 issue, mulitple accounts. There is alot of cheaters , out there and love to make up info so they can have more than one account.
#2 It makes it really difficult to pay members if they dont have the proper payment info. So its just easier and faster to suspend them , since that is the only thing that gets some attention.
Also sites that pay members by check or money order , need valid info to pay you.
As for friendly webmistresses. I respond to every ? , anything and everything that comes into my sites, is (most generally) answered within 24 hours. And have great respect from my members.
I think for party man it would be more productive for them to go to the site forum ,thats the only place that is going to really help them get back into their account to fix the info.
And , it may have irrated me alittle to see a complaint about this , considering all the emails Heather has sent regarding the Christmas holidays schedule.
As for me being a program owner , doesnt mean i am not a clicker too.. I was and am a clicker and have been one way before i was ever a program owner. So just because i am a program owner , does that make my posts any less valid.??
partyman , wasnt deleted , just suspened. This means he/she gets to fix any problems by contacting the site , either through contact page , or forum.
As for the forum mods, being rude. Well i am sure that they dont mean to come across that way. Sometimes , people say things bluntly and thats just how they speak.
And one last thing. There may be a reason that drawn attention to partymans account that made the owner look into it. That happens alot.
As for partyman , i hope you post in Mistys forum and are able to get an answer and able to get your account back , if that is the only reason you were suspened.
And as for all members. Keep in mind , that there are terms to every site you signup to. Read these terms. If you dont like them , dont signup. If you have a ? or think there will be a problem , email site..
And i guess my ? is , if members are suspened for not following the terms of a site , why is it a complaint on the program or the owner? Why isnt it ever the members fault?? And in this case , since Heather emailed everyone , i believe twice about when should would be gone and , considering it is the holidays, why cant people be a little more patient , in regards of emails being responded too.

Yes, agreed that program owners deserve respect for their time also. Many are more than willing to answer questions, regardless of how stupid they may sound to others. The holidays do play a part in delays, understandably so. However, often when we sign up for programs the terms are agreeable. As everyone knows, these terms are often changed whenever and for whatever reason. So, we are left with the option of getting out and losing our earnings or continuing to hang on and wait! I find it difficult to believe the statement that "we're not making anything..." you can't be serious! If you weren't making money, you couldn't pay the members...am I missing something here??
Anyway, correct addresses are important...so are payments!

I should say I personnally dont. I dont take money out of sites , except what i personnally earn by clicking and supporting my advertisers.
Okay , i have accounts set up for Just the sites. What goes into those accounts , are paid to members, hosting and any advertising sent to other sites for free referrals for upgraded members..
I guess i may be an odd ball , but i feel advertisers pay to send ads to my members, my members click those emails and deserve that money when they reach payout. But than again , i rarely let members receive payout , because i beleive that is there money and why should they have to wait for it. So i payout many before they reach payout.
I guess i was trying to say , some of us , dont do this for personal gain finacial wise. And dont make much at all from running these type of sites. I do it cause i love it but i shouldnt speak for all sites or owners.
ANd yeap u are right about some sites changing terms . Some do it to clarify things and others do it to fit their fancy I guess.
I guess from now on , i should learn to just speak for myself because as we all know , we all dont run sites the same.

There is a little,little different between members and PO.
When a PO is rude,it is his/her right,when a member is rude,he/she gets deleted.
Don't you remember a certain site who was saying not to post a complain here on this forum or else you would be deleted?
The rudest,most sarcastic and not funny webmasters are the big programs owners.The same programs that DON'T PAY within toss.So is it really that strange members are complaining here?
A few weeks ago everybody was praising Sam/Misty and Hauling Cash because they did pay within toss.
Even at that time their forums were very scary to post in but at least they paid in time.Now people are being told not to complain here or get deleted.
Besides that,some forums are a mess and you can"t find anything there.When you try to ask something,you get a very sarcastic answer to read the other topics before you post and still no answer to the question.
SoRedTheRose has also a lot of members but Sabrina is always very nice,even if you have a dumb question.That is why I am gonna be a member of her site as long as she is around and I am gonna quit the programs who can not answer in a normal way,even if they have a lot of more paid emails everyday.
Of course I respect the work of the PO but only if they respect my work also.Changing toss,higher pay-outs,longer timers,lower paid links is also not funny when you are a member,so I guess we get even there with questions PO don't like.
By the way,this is not a personel attack to you,I joined your program because of all the praises and applauses about you paying on time and being very friendly.

Very good valid points u have made. I never understood site owners that delete member for complaining or being rude. I cant remember ever deleting anyone for that. Now threats ,there is another story lol. But than again i have had 2 threats , one was deleted before i even seen the threat (By an assistant ) and the other was by a member i deleted for signing 787 times to get a payout from referral bonus's
Yeap i remember which site you are referring to about posting . Actually i can think of a couple. Didnt stop me though LMAO.. No site pays me enought to stop my freedom of speech.
As for Sabrina from SoRedtheRose , yeap i am a member of her other site Enchanted,, and i am a lifetime member there for sure. Never ever ever had a problem and i cant even remember her changing her terms. She is just one of the best I have learned alot from her and Ej from Heavenly and have used them both as examples on how i wanted to run my sites..
I feel customer and employee service is everything and while i can remember a time or 2 where i let my stress level get the best of me , but i was able to apologize and became friends with these people.
I admit i do have a temper but do try to keep it in check as much as possible. but not always perfect in that regard but my strong suit is laying out the facts and being honest.
And why am i making this about myself LMAO. This isnt helping partyman any at all is it lmao.. Well i wish u luck partyman , and hope heather gets your emails before u get deleted for inactivity..

I just want to add that Tammy is one of the best PO's I know.
I ended up joining her program because we were bonking heads over another site in a different thread and I really liked the way she handled herself. I am now a supergold member and only once have I actually had to request payout. Every other time I have been paid (which is a lot) I just get up and Voila! there is a paypal notification.
She gets my ads out superquick and is always nice when I email with a question.
I understand where she is coming from. Having managed sites I know the kind of questions you get and believe me, sometimes you just want to bang your head on the desk and ask why you are doing this.
Take it easy Tammy, those of us that know your program know exactly how great you are!

Acutally its not a tiger they are snow leopards and are in the jaguar category. Even though i have to admit , they look like tigers to me too lmao.
I do plan on changing design again , but feel inlove with the winter look of them

Mathematically.... That 20 days calculated from 19 december would make today's date 39 December 2004.
Has it been 9 days or was/did you find your account suspended 8 december and it was suspended due to not submitting a street number to the street address and supplying a zip/mailing code that no longer exists and/or has changed to a new zip code since you initially submitted either incomplete information and/or discontinued zip code or both when you first signed up to become a member?

As per previous post contents in other threads... including MistyAndSamsCash concerning/in regards to deleted members asking to be re-instated...
Once you are deleted... All the information = data is gone and a deleted member's past history as regards to earnings and Reaferrals is not retrievable.
Have you tried to find out the reason why you were either suspended or deleted by looking at Topics/Threads available at MistyAndSamsCash Forum?
They do display a list of suspended members and that list also shows the outstanding issue in simple detail.

Unfortunately even if Heather lets you back your account cannot be saved.
Its just the way PTR's are, not her or anything.
I had been deleted back in August sometime for inactivity, although my wife asked her to put me on vacation and Heather replied that she did because I was having pc troubles for about a month and didn't want to lose my account, when I got back...no account. No biggie, I mean it is, I lost about 40+ in my downline and was at payout and lost it, but apparently there was a mistake and she had no problems with me comming back, which I did, with no DL and starting from scratch. It was a mistake somewhere, but all in all, no matter what happens, your account is gone. The only thing you could do is ask to resign up with the proper information and start all over.
Also Heather has stated she will be returning on the 18th of January, so I wouldnt be expecting an answer right away....like others mentioned before

Glad to hear that things worked out for you. I can certainly understand that it's discouraging to have to start over again with no downline but hopefully you will sign up again in the future. It really is a great program!
