Sorry - Your account has been suspended. Now don't panic, it is most likely because email we sent to you has "bounced".
Perhaps your mailbox is full?
Check that first and then Contact us.

why??
I only forgot read mail yesterday (because I must visit my friend at CA)

cicciopie
did you contact jeffry before complain?!
Bippy
Yep, just contact Jeffry or Marty about this to get it resolved. This happened with another member and I believe was resolved. Contact them via their form, or maybe pm them.

I dont think this is complaint worthy, at least until you've contacted the WM's first wink.gif

Yes, the last complaint like this was cleared up as soon as the OP contacted Jeffry. If you haven't contacted Jeffry already, please do so. Jeffry and Marty are sooooo easy to work with. smile.gif

I don't want to offend you, but why instead of coming here and complaining you haven't contacted him before?

I cant speak for the original poster but I know a lot of wm threaten people with deletion if they email and ask questions. However I wouldnt say this about Adpaid but these bully tactics are common in ptr.

If a WM do this you shouldn't signup for his program. (probably it won't pay)

It's a shame to make a complaint, though, when it was clearly stated to not panic and to contact first. Contact was encouraged. This is not a program where deletion is threatened if you contact the WM.

I had the same thing happen to me and I contact them right away. He answered me right away and things were cleared up but I had to go to site only as my ISP is using postini and even though I don't pay for the postini, they still send all the email through it and then postini is supposed to forward all our email (those of us who don't pay for it) right on to us, but they obviously weren't ...so to keep my account and not have to worry about it, I just do my email onsite. This might be the same problem some of the rest of you are having so don't panic, just contact them.

Thanks again to our great members for helping out in this topic smile.gif You really are the best smile.gif

We are aware that some PO's/WM's do react badly (or not at all!) to contact from their members. To us that is not only impolite but also just plain bad business practice. We WELCOME contact from our members who have problems. Either post here at GPF, or use the contact form on site. We do try to remember that we were also "newbies" once wink.gif

Yes, we do seem to take a hard line on email that bounces back to us. It is because some ISP's will actually block ALL of our emails if we keep on sending to an account when their mailbox is full. Fortunately, by keeping our act clean we have managed to get on the special white-list at AOL smile.gif

Postini is being a real pain in the backside. They offer an email handling service to smaller regional ISP's but their system is horribly broken. It is so bad that their mail-server actually "freezes" OUR mail server when we try to send mail to their users. We have tried contacting them directly and through some of the ISP's but they don't respond sad.gif In the meantime it does help us a lot if those people use an alternate email address or the AdPaid onsite inbox, thanks!

Marty
