Does anyone else have this problem, I have gotten tons of new referrals and haven't gotten credit from anyone else than my 1 tier referrals, I have written to the support (found an e-mail addy from their site) but nothing has changed and I haven't reseaved an answer to this question!

I saved my stats on the 6th of november and this was my referral structure then:
Level 1 (2) $0.4372
Level 2 (12) $2.3817
Level 3 (10) $2.5329
Level 4 (10) $0.0118
Level 5 (2) $0.0009
Level 6 (1) $0.0001
Level 7 (1) $0.0017
Level 8 (1) $0.0001
Level 9 (1) $0.0004
Level 10 (1) $0.0000
= 41 refs.and now today it's like this:
Level 1 (12) $7.2187
Level 2 (19) $2.3817
Level 3 (39) $2.5329
Level 4 (24) $0.0118
Level 5 (4) $0.0009
Level 6 (1) $0.0001
Level 7 (1) $0.0017
Level 8 (1) $0.0001
Level 9 (1) $0.0004
Level 10 (1) $0.0000
= 103 refs.Kind of hard for me to imagen that even though I have more than doubled my referrals, only the first tier is making/getting searches

No one is a member at F-Z?
Those that are, could you please check if you get credited from other level refs than the first!?

I was a member, but my account got blocked (with over $30 in it..

)
Was kind of my own fault, I linked to a results page in stead to the main.
But I didn't have any 2nd level referrals yet, so I don't know.

I have the same problem. I get credited for only my first level referrals.

Good to know that I'm not the only one! I wonder if they're ever gonna fix the bug? It's been ages since I last got credit from other than level1

Not that I wouldn't make nice money from my referrals in tier 1, it would be kind of nice to get the % from other of those 9 levels too!!

according to this (or at least now I understand it)
there is only 3 levels?
With the referral program, you can increase your earnings considerably. If you have your friends and family register with First-Zone (listing you as their direct referral source), you will earn 9% of their compensation for viewing advertisements. When your friends and family refer others to register to the site, you can still earn an additional 7% for those indirect referrals and 4% for third level referrals.

yes i noticed that today...
well whether it be 10 or 3, every level after 1 isnt being credited
i think its a case of some untidy site management, first of all by saying they have 3 referal lvls but showing 10 and second of all for not noticing or fixing this problem which has apparently been going on for months!

The fact this "Representive" isn't prepared to disclose anything on this site and just passes along an email address when it appears they don't reply anyway tells me alot..
I wish these companies would wake up and realise that people aren't going to accept slackness and constant problems forever.. People want answers not to just be given an email address when its so easy to delete everyones mails at the push of a button..
SO if anyone does get a reply how about posting it here seeing as they don't seem to want to share it with everyone..

We are talking hundreds.. probably thousands of dollars of referal commisons that first-zone are not paying here!!!
When and if they do fix it i strongly doubt they will give members all the money they earned!
If my 8 1st lvl referals made $5 in the past couple months, my 49 2nd lvl have probably made for me around $30 which i will probably never see, that is just my account, there are thousands of accounts in firstzone and they are all missing out on that money.

Those affiliates that have downline questions please email us with specific problems to
affiliates@first-zone.com
or
info@first-zone.com
When switching to a new code in december we have eliminated many of fraudulent affiliates who were using anonymous proxies, auto-clickers, incentive popups etc. The control system is now much higher than it was before.
We have filtered out and reviewed all downlines and in general - all affiliates ! All the logs are kept.
First-Zone is not a part of Stonediver and is not affiliated with them.

I'm sorry but your answers arn't helping us much, none of us have gotten answers to our e-mails, I for one atleast haven't. I sended the first mail on jan. 8th and one yesterday since you requested that all things should be handled through e-mail.....
You say that the control system is much higher now than it used to be, it still doesn't explain that none of us get credit from any other ref.level than the first!?!

I for one would like to get some ansers since I have adverticed First-Zone a lot gaining lots of new referrals etc. It really wouldn't be nice to hear now that it's all been for nothing!!!

I've been a member of FZ for months, actually I think over a year!
I've done plenty of searches myself and have the search boxes in various places on 2 web sites, you know how much I've earned?
About $1.16

I've even done searches myself, gone to my stats and NOTHING has shown up!!!

Vlad, I've been with them for probs over a year or thereabout.
I have had their engines on two of my site, both of which get heavy traffic (about 250,000 visitors over the last 18 months), I have also used their SE on countless times myself, yet when I've checked the stats nothing showed up, not even "invalids"

As you can see by the ID number of my FZ account (in my sig) I something like 5000 whilst Pia is something like 9000, so thats shows how long I've been with them, lol...
I've mailed them in the past but never had a reply, I almost gave up with them, but I'm going to give it a second go, if my stats don't start showing up, I'll scrap my account!

I've had the same problem, the SE never counted clicks/searches, but not with FZ.
If Tom checks out this thread again, maybe he can look into your account, and see what the problem is

Brian,
you are showing very low traffic for that amount of visitors. We have answered you in a private msg about exact number of valid clicks you have with us. We keep such info confidential.
