No, please don't do that.....I understand the feeling of wanting to get something for the time you've wasted, but when you run an ad at any of these sites, knowing that they do not pay, then you're doing the same thing as the program owner -- ripping others off.
The best thing you can do with ANY junk program is never join in the first place. The second best thing is to walk away as fast as you can and let these awful programs shrivel up and die.
To the OP -- there are programs that do pay. Unfortunately, from your list, it doesn't sound like you've joined any of them.
Bottom line -- reading and clicking emails is not worth hundreds or thousands of dollars and anyone who tells you differently is lying to you.
You've rec'd some good advice from other posters in this thread as to where to look for the truly good programs. I hope you'll follow that advice and leave all of those junk programs you're in right away (without redeeming for an ad).
