do you have FTP access with the hosting (abbility to modify the script, etc) ?

If you pay up front we'll give you full access to the scripts. If you go month to month you'll have to host with us and wont get access to the scripts. Reason being is we don't want someone paying say $19 for 1 month, then running off with the scripts and burning us. We will do 99% of the modifications you want, that could include adding a PTR. We encourage you to request them also if you order, as we don't want a replica of our site. Thanks
