I am new to this and which program is the best.
I like all the different types of programs except the get paid by reading e-mails.
I would also be nice if it the payment was through e-gold but if it is a good program and it is only PayPal that's fine.

Also, How do you get refferals?
What is a way that is effective but free?

You should try some search engines. No need to have a website, and most of them pay by egold.

Paidemail.net is paid-to-read program, with great paid-to-click section, and yeah they dont send emails

Good place to get some referrals is at the ref exchange folder, and downline builder. But you need to qualify to post there first.

I am new here too. I don't know what i am supposed to do to get paid. Is there anyone out there who can help me and tell me what this is all about? I belong to a couple, I believe, of those read emails to get paid and i haven't figured out how to find out how much i have made by reading the emails.

To get paid, you usually have to click on a link, either in an email or from a list of links on a site. For email programs, you have to go to their homepage and logon using your username and password.

Other programs you have to log in before you get access to the links...

you also need a paypal account and/or an e-gold account in order to recieve the payments. Programs with no minimum payout wont cut checks.
