Start with all the Gilby programs (Opt-in-Pays, LinkBurst, Link2Cash: monthly payment by e-gold, no minimum) and WeBeWeBin (minimum: $0.50 e-gold or paypal). You can't be wrong: they are all at least as good as your GoldSalary. (Opt-in-Pays is my personal favorite, and I even offer some incentives for signup.)

In order to get referrals, you may like to join a program using the Downline Builder folder.

Otherwise there is a Referral Exchange folder down there. People offer money for (or exchange) signups. You might find this interesting, especially if you need some quick cents. Attention: the rule says that you need to have been in GetPaidForum for at least two weeks, and have made at least 20 posts.
