I would like to creat a thread against a person.

First time he submited his ad via advertising form with "detailed payment infomation" (egold number, batch), but as I checked the egold account, no payment at all

It's fraud.

And he used username "net008" which is the owner of gem-mail's nickname, actually he had dispute with net008 several weeks ago.

Today I received another advertising purchase notification, yes still from this person and still with "detailed payment infomation", of course still no payment.

The webpage he advertises are hosted on the domain "violet-cash", so I think he is possibly the owner of "violet-cash".

Please be aware of the person.

this guy has faked my nickname to buy ads in many sites but not pay any!
