Has anyone had any experience with MILESOURCE? My wife and I have been visiting their sites and earning Award Miles for a while now. In November, we both cashed in some AwardMiles in exchange for some gift certificates. The e-mails we received indicated that they would be shipped in 3-5 weeks. After waiting 7 weeks(on Jan4/03), I inquired with their customer service as to when we might receive our certificates but received no response. Since then, I inquired one more time on-line and have sent two e-mails as well but I can't seem to get any response. Has anyone else had experience with this company? What do you suggest I do next? Thanks to all for your anticipated advice!!

I've done Milesource for years they recently changed a lot of things including thier rewards provider. I recieved my last redemption right before X-mas. I waited 15 weeks to get it. They have never been good at answering e-mails.

I have been doing Milesource for years, and while they have slowed down a lot they always have delivered for me, one tip though, I hear that a lot of people redeemed for movie tickets and never saw them, I usually go for the Gofit Certificates, it takes maybe 7 weeks to get the code and maybe 4 weeks to actually receive the GC, long time but they do deliver....

I received two of the three of my gift cards right on time per the delivery time stated. The third one took quite sometime. If you have any questions regarding your redemption contact the address for the reward's section itself. I received answer's from them the three times I wrote to them.

I've been with Milesource for years and have always gotten my rewards. Over the past two years, they have been quite negligent on answering e-mail. Several years ago, they did a fair job. Like many places, I imagine there aren't enough people to run the website efficiently. They certainly have had a number of glitches with their program.

They do have a form on their website to fill out for complaints. HTH

An update on my MileSource post. My wife and I finally received our G.C.'s from Milesource. Requested them in mid-November and got them on March 11!
Sent them 7 e-mails - NO responses. Oh well....at least the certificates came and for that I am thankful.
